Packaging

Prints are carefully wrapped in compostable archival sleeves, with a backing board made from 100% recycled material to help protect your order in transit. Depending on the size, your order will be shipped in either a sturdy cardboard mailer or postal tube.

Every care is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If, however, you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch at info@rosieharbottle.com

Authenticity

Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by hand in my Devon studio before making its way to you.

Shipping and Returns

Dispatch and Shipping Times

All prints are made to order. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your print to be produced, carefully packaged and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK (Tracked): 1 - 2 working days

  • Ireland (Tracked): 2 - 3 working days

  • Europe (DHL Express): 2 - 5 working days

  • USA (DHL Express): 2 - 5 working days

  • Rest of the World (DHL Express): 2 - 5 working days

Tracking and Customs

All orders are sent using tracked delivery via Royal Mail (UK) or DHL Express (international). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, please email info@rosieharbottle.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and the correct delivery address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I'll do my best to update it before it leaves the studio.

Returns

I hope you're delighted with your print. If your order arrives damaged, or if you have any concerns, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rosieharbottle.com.

Where appropriate, I'll arrange a refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Original Artwork

Due to the nature of original works, I am unable to accept returns.
