DISPATCH TIME

All print orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for them to be made and posted.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:

UK Tracked - 1-2 working days

Ireland Tracked - 2-3 working days

Europe tracked via DHL - 2-5 working days

US tracked via DHL - 2-5 working days

Rest of the World tracked via DHL - 2 - 5 working days

TRACKED

All orders are tracked either by Royal Mail (UK) or DHL. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking info as soon as your order has been posted or collected. 

ADDRESS

When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.

CUSTOMS FEES

Any customs or shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

Prints - I work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving your order. I will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition within the packaging they arrived in.

Original Artwork - I do not accept returns.
